The suspension of trading in the securities of Douugh Limited will be lifted from the commencement of trading on Friday, 5 February 2021, following the release by DOU of an announcement regarding the remedial action to be taken concerning breaches of Listing Rule 10.11.


ASX advised the company that some remedial actions will be acceptable to ASX in relation to the breaches. The company has provided an undertaking to ASX that it will complete the relevant matters within the time periods set out.

In accordance with Listing Rule 4.7C.3, the aggregate amount of payments to related parties and their associates included in the quarter ended 31 December 2020 cashflows from operating activities totalled ~$46,000. These consisted of Directors' fees and salaries paid to non-executive directors. All payments were on normal commercial terms.

The Goodments brand and service will continue to operated and be supported in Australia until Douugh's planned launch of its own financial wellness app this year.
