The securities of XTC Lithium Limited were suspended from quotation under Listing Rule 17.5 on Monday 2 October 2023 because XTC did not lodge its full year statutory accounts for the year ended 30 June 2023 by the due date. XTC subsequently lodged its full year statutory accounts however ASX has concerns regarding the disclaimer of audit opinion disclosed with the full year statutory accounts. XTC has also failed to lodge its half year accounts for the half year ended 31 December 2023 by the due date. The securities of XTC will now be suspended from quotation by ASX under Listing Rule 17.3.
