New Section 91 Licence adds to more than 400,000 hectares of the Gascoyne region already held under licence for the HyEnergy® green hydrogen development. Province making good progress with the Western Australian Government on delivering exclusive secure tenure for the HyEnergy project. MoU with the Carnarvon shire extended for another 6-months to 22 December 2023 to allow continuation of studies on the Town Common.

Leading engineering, design and advisory firm Aurecon appointed to undertake upstream Pre-Feasibility Study for HyEnergy Project. Upstream PFS being undertaken concurrently with downstream PFS, which is being carried out by GHD. Both studies expected to be finalised in Q3 2023.

If ASX is satisfied that PRL has provided sufficient information to enable its securities to be reinstated and security holders approve the Proposed Acquisition, it is expected that PRL's securities will again be suspended from quotation immediately following such security holder approval and will remain suspended until PRL has recomplied with Chapters 1 and 2 of the Listing Rules.

Feasibility Study (HyExport Study) completed and delivered to the HyEnergy Project partners, Province Resources and Total Eren, and issued to the WA Government for final review. The HyExport Study analysed the export of 200,000 tonnes per annum of green hydrogen from the HyEnergy® Project into Asia-Pacific, with a focus on delivery into Singapore. Completion of the HyExport Study confirms Provaris' proposal to develop a compressed hydrogen export supply chain from the proposed Gascoyne site is feasible, without the need for a conventional onshore port. Hazard identification, operational modelling and an environmental assessment demonstrated there were no significant risks that would prevent the project from progressing to the next stage of design & engineering. The HyExport Study was completed on budget, with funding support from the WA Renewable Hydrogen Fund, as part of the Western Australian Government's Renewable Hydrogen Strategy. A public Knowledge Sharing Report with a summary of study outcomes is anticipated to be released by the WA Government in the December quarter 2022.
