Note 6 - $26.99 per trade for transactions above $10,000 up to $25,000, 0.11% per trade for all transactions above $25,000 Premium - $23.50 per trade for transactions up to $10,000, $31.99 per trade for transactions above $10,000 up to $25,000, 0.13% per trade for all transactions above $25,000
